Women's Heritage Mid-Rise Denim Shorts - Wild Fable™

Bought these in my normal size and couldn’t get these above my hips before I gave up lol

I wore these twice but found myself constantly adjusting them throughout the day. Ended up returning them to Target.

These are my new favorite shorts - they are surprisingly flattering because of the wide-leg design. They are short so they do ride up a bit, as is to be expected.

I liked these shorts. The length is good, as is the rise. They're also big enough in the legs to accomodate bigger thighs.

Super cute and look like good quality, just didn’t fit. They fit a bit smaller than other shorts I’ve gotten from this brand.

These are cute but the sizing is terrible. I need an in between size because of the huge differences between the 16 and 17. I typically wear a 16/xl for reference. The 17 fit and was a little loose in the hips and legs, like a looser fit style, but was too big in the waist. I couldn’t even button the 16 and they were way too tight in the hips. According to the size guide there should only be an inch difference in the torso and a 2 inch difference in the hips. I don’t feel this is accurate. The sizing feels like the result of not using real bodies to increase pattern sizes. They didn’t even seem like they were same pair of shorts. I was disappointed that these did not work for me.

Perfect rise and fit. Length is short but not too short. Also waist fits well with no gap.

The perfect simple denim short! Classic look. I’m a size 12 but always size up with shorts (no one like tight shorts), they fit perfectly

I bought these online so I wasn’t sure how they’d fit. I was hoping they would be high enough to cover my belly button but they reach right below it. My belly button is stretched out from having kids 🥲 but they make my butt look cute so I’m going to keep them and try to work w it

The perfect fit. Loose but not too loose in the legs. Fits the right height in waist that’s flattering and comfortable!

These shorts are just not made or designed correctly. They are very ill-fitting, and not flattering at all. The legs are huge, and stick way out in the back. It's as if they want to be a flared mini-skirt. They also don't sit well. They ride lower in the front than in the back, instead of sitting straight across the hips. It's like the rise is too short in the front. I have included a photo to show how weird the legs are. Sadly, I will be returning these.

Once I found the right size it was good and I love it. I had to size up 2 sizes.
