A: They are going to have a somewhat sheer level to them as they are 50 Denier, so they arent quite opaque but if say you wore a pair of black sheer pantyhose or stockings under them you could see them

There is a very slight sheerness to a 50D tight so if you’re looking for more coverage it is recommended you choose the 80D Super Opaque or 120D Blackout tights. They were received used. Absolutely disgusted these were ever allowed as a return. Dirt marks all up and down the legs, a visible black footprint, and the crotch was yellowed like someone discharged in them all day. Target has really dropped the ball with their returns department lately, these type of items should never be allowed back on the shelf especially if the packaging was tampered with.

These were very nice tights, but they were not what I call opaque. They were thick and heavy weight, so no skin showed through. They fit really nice, I would use them in winter, not spring. I ordered a size up so they would not feel tight. I'm 5'4" and 140 lbs. and ordered L/XL

I wear black tights frequently to work. I was looking for a new brand because the ones I previously wore changed and they were now too short and tight in the waist. I took a chance on these and I love them. I’m petite, so sometimes tights bunch up by my ankles. These fit perfectly with no bunching. They are very comfortable with no control top. They are also very affordable compared to similar tights. I have already ordered additional pairs. I highly recommend. For reference, I’m 5’2, 120 pounds and ordered the S/M.
