A: Great question, I feel if you are a half size you should try to size down. I wear 8.5 and the 8 was perfect the 9 was too big.

A: My foot does pop out of the shoe a little while walking, but not enough to be annoying. The soles do have some grip to them if you were concerned about the shoes’ bottoms.
