This is the worst piece of trash i have EVER received from Target.com. I never write review, but this is such garbage i HAD to write a Buyer Beware notice to any future purchasers of this terrible "sun dress" JUST DON'T!

Dress is cute but I am an tried and true size 6 in everything. I ordered and 8 and it was too small so I went with a 10.

Needed a last minute graduation dress and Target delivered in 2 days! Modest and classic. Received lots of compliments. Material is a bit thin. Dress is lined, but still looks much better with shapewear underneath.

I like a lot about this dress. It's a cute little black dress and is well made. I'm not crazy about the big puffy sleeve trend, but with the square neckline, I thought it balanced out overall. I think it runs a little small for the A New Day brand. Ultimately, the shirring at the waist made this a less than flattering look for me, which was disappointing because the waist area is where I usually count on looking slim. It's not overly short - it fell about two inches above the knee (I'm 5'4"). I am okay with that length for some dresses but for some reason this one just seemed too short on me.

Size Purchased: 16 | Height: 5’2” | Weight: 199 lbs | Bust: 42G The design of this black dress is super cute—I really wanted to love it! Unfortunately, the fit was way off. It felt like it ran 2-3 sizes too small. I ordered a size 16, which usually fits me, but it was uncomfortably tight all over. The chest area was especially awkward. My husband even asked if it had built-in compression or a bra because it flattened and compressed my bust in a strange, unflattering way. For reference, I’m a 42G, so that might have played a part, but it definitely wasn't designed with larger busts in mind. I’ll be returning the 16 and trying a size 17 (or 18 if it becomes available) to see if I can get a better fit, because I still love the look of it—just wish the sizing was more accurate. You may want to pass on this dress if you have sensory issues and can’t get past them.

This could have been much better. The material is linen and came fairly wrinkled. It was snug through the body and uncomfortable. I returned.

i am typically a size 10, 5'7" 185lb with a soft belly thanks to 4 kids. i tried a size 10, 12, 14 and somehow ended up in the 16! i didn't find that there was too much difference in how the top of the dresses fit, but only around the middle. i was able to zip all of the dresses up just fine (yes there is a side zipper) but felt least self conscious about my belly lumps in the size 16. the black looks the least "cheap" and there is some side rouching which you usually see on maternity dresses but not as noticeable in the black color. got it on sale, in black can be dressed up or down.

Runs small - usually wear 14 - l/xl dresses - ordered the 14 and is veryyyyy tight. Overall cure enough shape. Does nothing for larger chests.

Fit is perfect! I was worried it would be too short, but hit right above my knee. Wore this to work and then an after work retirement party and got many compliments. Dress it up with simple jewelry!

Super flattering cut. Looks more expensive than it is.

I got this in black and think it looks most “elevated” in that color as it hides the center seam and makes the ruching less noticeable. It fits great and the material is decent price for the quality. I’m 6’2” and somewhere between an M and L these days so I got a large for extra length and love it. I like the square neck but that it’s also higher (and not square) in the back. Has a side zipper for easy on/off and nicer fit

Super easy dress. It fits perfectly and covers everything well. Not see through even with black shorts underneath for the try on!

I have to watch the dip on the cleavage but lovely linen texture and flattering. XXL

My 13yrs old loves it.

Just a weird dress. The blue is see through and has weird rouching on the side, I had to double check it's not a maternity dress. Just felt very cheap.

Cute but no zipper, makes it hard to get on or off
