A lifesaver!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a decent enough supplement with some good ingredients. I like the pink and white packaging. As far as helping menopausal symptoms, I am not convinced it did a whole lot. At best, it took the edge off. I'm not a huge fan of the pill size, I find them hard to swallow, It would be better if they were capsules. Overall, these are worth a try, Everybody reacts differently to supplements. It can't hurt to give them a try!
