Do NOT Buy!

This is the worst coat ever! As others have mentioned, the zipper is awful. It gets stuck with every single use, thus ripping the material around the zipper - and I’ve only worn it a handful of times. It’s very stylish and it does keep you warm, but the sleeves are also incredibly short. I’m bummed I wasted money on this coat.

Warmer than expected

I needed a new coat because my old one tore up. I don't care for name brands or want to pay a lot for a coat. I want one good for Minnesota freezing weather. I saw this coat during black friday sale and tried it on. I fell in love with it instantly. I wore it for our first few early snow storms and wow, the coat didn't get wet and it kept me so warm. This coat was definitely worth buying. I'm hoping it will last for next couple of years.

Cheap Zipper/ Short Sleeves

Zipper is real cheap. Sleeves are too short even though I got a size bigger. Love the color but I’m not pleased with how they made the zipper and length of sleeves

Bad zipper

I loved this coat at first. But the zipper is terrible. It takes at least 5-10 attempts to zip up the zipper. My daughter has the same coat and is having the same problem.

Cute but beware cheap materials

The coat itself is a great fit, but the zippers used are cheap and get caught in the material of the coat and get stuck, to the point it easily rips it. I bought the first coat in store, returned it due to the zipper getting stuck and ordered online hoping the second coat would be better but the zipper issue happened again. Very disappointing it happened twice!

So close to perfect!! But goid enough.

So close to being a 5 star coat!! The faux fur lining is so soft and also lines the hood. The hood is deep and perfect for blocking the wind from your face. I love that there are quick clicking closures in addition to a zipper because sometimes you need to close up quick without having to fiddle with the science of zippers. It’s fairly lightweight compared to how warm it keeps you—wore it while 30degrees out and was cozy. The only reason for one less star is the length of the sleeves. As recommended, I sized down to an xs which was the right choice because the body of the coat would have been too billowy in small. I’m 5’4”, 120lb while winter hibernating and have fairly proportional limbs but the sleeves on these only reach the top of my wrist bones when dangling. If I try to reach for anything, it’s half way up to my elbow. It’s fine because I wear long gloves but darn, just a couple more sleeve inches or a ribbed elastic wrist would have made this puffer totally perfect!

So warm!

It is a very warm jacket, I think it runs a little on the large side. I have extremely long arms and did not have problems with the sleeves being too short. The hood is pretty oversized. Pockets are warm. I think it’s a fantastic jacket!

Great jacket, awful zipper

I was so excited to get this. After reading reviews I got the smaller size, it is warm and cozy, and roomy to add extra layers as needed. However, I’m pretty bummed, the zipper is pretty awful :/ it does not zip up well, or unzip at the bottom well, so I’ll be returning it for a jacket I can zip up to stay warm.

Could have been great...

I was prepared to love this jacket and be okay paying full price - it had great potential. It’s a great weight that works for a full winter, very soft inside, and the green fur lining was not as Grover colored as in the photos, more gray green and nice. But the deal breakers were sleeves that were insanely short and a very cheap zipper that was sure to break or zip 3/10 times you go to zip it. I struggled with it the way a toddler does who is learning to zip zippers. I mean it was baddd. If it was just the sleeve length I would have sized up to see if it helped because honestly the rest of the coat was TTS. Too bad. For reference I’m 5’6” and 130lbs and purchased the small.
