Women's Short Sleeve Pleated Midi Shirtdress - Ava & Viv™

This is my current favorite dress for work— I get compliments every time I wear them. I have three colors and I want more! More solids & neutrals would be especially nice. It’s nice & cool for summer, but would work well as a fall & spring piece too. A couple things to note: the collar is a bit high— it’s a nice look, but I found it uncomfortable and ended up removing it. It does run a little big, so you may want to size down. I’m 5’2” & it hits mid calf, which I think actually adds to the appeal— gives the silhouette added elegance.

This dress is so flattering and great if you're busty and/or tall. It has stretch and the buttons are anti-gap. It has pockets! Definitely worth the price. I'm 6ft tall, about 314lbs and busty and the 2x is perfect.

Without question, this will be a wardrobe staple. One of the best dresses I have very owned. It creates a defined waist and it big boob friendly.

All buttons on this white dress was taken off!

Fit is great and shows curves while giving a great shape. I would buy it in every color. Bring it back.

Super flattering style. Purchased on sale and defiantly think it was worth the price I paid. Fabric is a bit stiff but provides the structure for style. Sleeves come out a bit more than I wanted. Purchased in black as well. First time I wore it the skirt got caught under a seat and when I pulled it ripped. My mistake for pulling but it’s the nature of the fabric. Purchased a replacement because I like it so much.

I loved the length of the dress and the material is nice! The only thing I don't like are the sleeves. The material is stiff so they sit weird on my shoulders, but that's the only complaint I have.

This is the perfect classy spring dress. You can dress it up or down. The buttons stay closed nicely!

Would like more darker colors like navy offered

I enjoy that it cinches my waist. It emphasizes my curves in a good way. I have a big chest so I dont know if that's why the collar felt a little tight or tugged forward. The arm openings are rather large, boxy and stiff. May need alteration unless sizing down helps with that, but then I feel like the collar would be more of an issue and then my chest wouldn't fit.

I love this dress in black! The fabric is crisp and cool (perfect for hot outdoor graduations), the cut is very flattering to my apple shaped figure. The white is very see through and the blue stripe reminds me of a nurse costume but the black is perfect.

I bought this dress for my mom. It is very flattering on her, it gives her an hourglass shape. The buttons are a plus for me. They are a doubled layer, one that faces the outside, that is visible, and one set that face the inside, to make sure that there is no gapping.

Please make in smaller sizes!!! The dresses are so flattering

Best high quality 👗 I'm in love! I saw a similar one from another designer and this target version fit the bill, fit my wierd body, and had great details. The one and per buttons to insure no gaping is genius. Way to go!! I am beyond pleased

This dress is super comfortable! I don’t love most of the colors/prints - the blue striped and the white remind me of a vintage nurse dress, which isn’t necessarily bad, just not sure it’s a look I want to go for. I got the green and white striped and black. The black arrived dirty and the material seems like it’ll catch ALL the lint since it already had a bunch on it. The black looks nicer than the green stripes so I’m going to reorder and see if I can hang with the lint factor. The sleeves are a bit large and flare out so I’m hoping it’ll also be more subdued in the black.
