Worx Nitro WG176.9 20V Brushless Adjustable 13''- 15'' Cordless String Trimmer (Tool Only)

I have used Worx for 15 years or more and love them all. The jaw saw is the best. I went to Valdosta, Ga with a few members of our church to work with Samaritians Purse and the jaw saw was a big hit.

Not a lot of protection from debris - cutting line is difficult to manage.

A lawn/ landscaper that wanted the same power as gas but lighter in weight and this trimmer delivers !

Heavy awkward to use restringing is definitely difficult instructions are not true or adequate. I had to figure it out on my own. Don’t look for a long battery run. Expensive and over priced. There are much better weed eaters on the market and less expensive.. Would not recommend.

I have used several different trimmers over the years. I have used lightweight gas ones (not enough power) and heavier gas ones (too heavy, hard to control and avoid scalping). I switched to a Worx trimmer (WG162) about 5 years ago. I liked that it was lightweight and easy to use but since it only had 1 string and limited power, it took longer to trim my entire yard. I recently upgraded to the Worx WG176 model and have used it 3 times now. I love this trimmer! It is slightly heavier that my old one and longer. The weight is very well balanced over the length so even my wife could easily handle it. The length makes it much easier to trim without any bending. The power is amazing. It is at least as powerful as gas trimmers. It just cuts through effortlessly. I literally can trim along a wall as fast as I can walk - almost at a run speed. And I didn't have any issues with scalping. I am so impressed with this trimmer. It cut my trim work time from 25 minutes to about 7. Every time I get this trimmer out to use, I start with a smile because I know how well it will work. Buy this one and you will be happy too.

I am very impressed with this trimmer. It is very easy to use, not being too heavy. I like the reach and the 13" cutting swath. It is plenty powerful enough for any work I have for it. I got to use it in earnest for the first time this morning. It is an area that I had been doing with my GT revolution, with this new trimmer it took me maybe about 1/4 of the time, and a whole lot less stress on my body. I was running it in economy mode, and that was plenty of power for today's job, I didn't time how long I was out there, but I was impressed with how long the battery lasted.. I do have a number of WORX product, and like them all, but I think this one is now my favourite. I will certainly be looking at the WORX power tools for my future needs

Happy with new trimmer. Works well and extra light for carrying. I like all my Worx products.

The trimmer works great. How go I order extra line?

I thought I was purchasing the standard trimmer that I have purchased before from worx. This one is totally different including the string. It’s hard to maneuver and utilize. Not too happy with the purchase.

I have the Worx 13 in Nitro trimmer, edger and mini lawnmower but wanted something I could flip edge with…being 5’4” most trimmers have been too heavy …when Worx released this I knew I had to try it. I got it on sale and the tool only as I have lots of their products at. To say I am pleased is an understatement. For this new DIY lawn care nut, I highly recommend. Love this the thicker trimmer line- it’s definitely great asset and a 5 out of 5!

This isn’t the one I thought I was ordering. It is powerful. But way too long for me and no adjustments for that. I can’t find any info about string replacement on this on site or in the manual. It’s a different set up than my older one that has free spools for life. So I’ll be calling them about that. But! It is definitely more powerful. I’d give a 5 Star except no length adjustment and no info on the string setup.
