Nice product!!
Haven't used the tool very much but it seems to be better than an earlier version I had. Haven't had to recharge yet so I don't know how long a charge will last. Does a nice job of trimming and edging; easy to switch modes of operation.

Tough/Light/Reliable/Ability
We, my son and I, purchased WORX string trimmer and blower to start my son's mowing business. This was roughly eight years ago. We put these products to the test. Big time! Since then we moved to a rural property where vegetation is well beyond neighborhood difficulties. The WORX GT trimmer battles through the tough stuff. You may have to start high then work your way down on the toughest of growth...but I am so sold on its abilities, I bought a second trimmer! Sure, there are some things in rural areas that require a blade set-up on a gas, but I highly tout this trimmer's abilities hands down. AND it is LIGHT. That is the key on longer/larger jobs. If this is for residential use, I wouldn't hesitate. This will take care of what you need! And, yes, blower can take on the big jobs as well! Be sure to get yourself an extra battery and line for life when you originally order!! All the best!!

Disappointed with quality of latest trimmer.
I am very disappointed with the quality of my recent Worxs trimmer I just purchased. I have had several Worxs trimmers for over 10 years; but the quality of this last one was sub par. I had always been happy with the quality of the trimmers before. The general feel of the product seemed cheapened. The handle and string feed button didn't feel tight and precise. I would rather paid more money and purchased a Worxs trimmer with the quality they used to be.

Not For Me
The edger has little power and short battery life. One of the 2 batteries does not show how much charge it has once it is out of the charger no matter how many times you push the button. I despise the step on a piece of plastic to change between edger and trimmer. It is not efficient nor convenient. Also, what is with that awful sound when you move the head up or down?!? Lastly, I am left-handed, and this is the most unfriendly piece of equipment for a lefty I have ever encountered. I have to completely stop what I am doing anytime I need to press, rotate, lengthen, etc. anything. The placement of buttons, etc. is very awkward. This is my 1st Worx piece, and I don't foresee any more in my future.

I loved my first Worx trimmer!! Lasted almost 10ths. I don’t think I have put together wrong but it is heavy & tilt so therefore string is not as detailed or as low to ground?? Not happy at all with this new one!! Thought about returning item & getting plain Worx with no wheel. I did remove wheel but not as easy to use. 😢. When I finish trimming it is very botched, crooked & bear!!!

This trimmer is great!
Love it. Light enough for this 77 year old lady to handle. This is my 2nd trimmer. My previous one is quite old but still works, but the batteries don't charge as long as they once did. Very happy with Worx products.

Good string trimmer for small yards
I really like this trimmer. It has enough power (20 V) to trim all my hedges. However, for the size of my yard, it took 4 spoils and 2.5 battery charges to complete the job. Good thing I have extra batteries. I would suggest the next generation have a spool with larger string capacity. Overall, I would recommend buying this trimmer.

I had my worx 3 in 1 since 2017. Finally needed to replace it since I use it multiple times a week. So bought me another. Great price for 2 batteries, charger, and the tool.
