Description
Worx WA3012 20V Power Share PRO 4.0Ah Lithium-Ion High-Capacity Batteries were developed to unlock the full potential of Worx Nitro power and outdoor products, offering extended run times, more performance, and greater protection against heat and impacts than standard batteries. But they’re still compatible with every Worx Power Share 20V & 40V tool, outdoor power and lifestyle product. They feature an Intelligent Battery Management System (BMS) that monitors and optimizes each individual cell in the battery which maximizes overall performance, and cell-cooling technology employs thermoplastic material to keep the cells cooler, longer, which extends run time. The full-wrap 360-degree cell encasing provides protection against the tougher tasks that advanced DIY-ers and professionals put their tools through, with shielding against impacts, vibration, and excessive heat. And the charge-level indicator offers a constant readout of available charge for each Power Share PRO battery. These 4.0Ah models deliver 2X the capacity and up to 2X the run time of a standard 2.0Ah battery. Upgrade any of your Power Share products and get more from every charge.

4 X as long
I used the battery this week and it actually lasts 4 times as long as the standard battery. I was using 4 for the exact same chore of getting leaves to the curb. It saves the time of stopping and replacing batteries.

Hold a charge for a long time . Use it with all our work tools. It makes the tool heavier, but being able to finite job with one battery makes it worth it

Game Changer
Ever since my nextdoor neighbor allowed me to borrow his Worx battery operated weed eater/trimmer in 2008, I've been an avid Work client since.Recently one of my batteries (older 2.0) quit charging so I ordered the 1st 20V Power Share 4.0 AH. 2 weeks ago the 2nd (older 2.0) quit as well so I went to order the 20V Power Share 4.0Ah battery and quick charger (WO7105) only to find out that they were out of stock, to my disappointment. I now have 2 new batteries and I am so amazed and the performance of these batteries. The additional one I am about to purchase the 3rd one with the Quick charger.These batteries allow additional time to perform tasks without having to constantly change batteries. They Also seem to exude more power. These batteries are indeed a game changer

Not worth the upgrade
I bought two of these batteries. It is true, they do not get hit. However they do not last longer than the original batteries and recently they lasted a shorter time. In addition they have not been charging all the way. Only 3 lights lit up on each. Save your money. My old batteries that I use with my many Worx products are still going strong.

Extra battery packs useful
Purchased extra battery packs for the lawnmower. Found that with the wet weather and a coupleof days of sun, thick grass is obviously much thicker when you can get to and takes longer to mow, so the extra packs get the job done without recharging.

20 Volt Power Share PRO 4.0 Ah Lithium Battery
I purchased two of these batteries last Fall, and they worked so well on my hedge trimmer and leaf blower that I purchased two more. This allows me to get the job done more quickly by just replacing drained battery with a fully charged one. It also lets my kids help with running various WORX tools at the same time. Highly recommend these batteries.
