Small Yet Powerful: The WORX WX801L.9 20V Power Share CHOPPER 3 in. Angle Cutter tears through tough jobs, like cutting metal, tile, thin concrete, or plastic like a pro with a high-efficiency 20V Power Share battery and 19,000 RPMs of performance. When you are just by yourself and have to get things done, this is the perfect tool for you. Compact and lightweight, weighing only 2.4 lbs. and fits into one had easily. But it still packs a punch. The Worx Power Share CHOPPER is smaller and lighter and therefore easier to control. For smaller projects, or in close quarters, it produces excellent results with less hand fatigue. And with the safety features of this Angle Cutter, like the metal grinding guard and the plastic cutting guard, you don’t have to worry about the life and performance of the tool. The metal grinding guard can withstand temperatures as high as 1000 degrees. While the plastic cutting guard can handle temperatures up to 205 degrees. And those guards easily snap on and off for convenience. This model of the CHOPPER doesn’t come with a battery and a charger. It’s meant for existing Power Share users that already have a battery to use with this tool. Power Share batteries are compatible with all Worx 20V, 40V or 80V power tools our outdoor power equipment products. It’s the cost-effective way to build an entire tool collection.

Good so far. Honestly, I bought the tool because it wasn’t much more than a bare battery, and I needed an extra battery. I expected to use it occasionally. I was installing new trim and found it quite handy to make straight cuts.

I purchased this cutter and on the first use the cutter would stop and I would have to restart to get the unit to work. It did not have enough power to cut a 3" baseboard. Totally disappointed in this product. I have three other worx products that I am pleased with. John Lyles

NICE BUT NO POWER
I wanted to like this tool but it lacks RPM's and power. I also purchased the MakerX and Compact Drill and everything was good until I got to this. Just lacks power to be useful.

Due to husbands illness, and his inability to do so, I am taking down a 30’ x 40’ chicken run, wiring on sides and top! I had to find something other than hand wire cutters for this job, or I’d be there until doomsday! This little cutter is remarkable! Certainly making a super hard job a bit easier!!

decent tool, but certainly could be better
i got this for a job where i needed to cut away some metal wiring and tile walls, it worked well thru tile, jist need to make sure to not over stress it while cutting.. it did fine theu wiring, but anything from corrugated sheet metal and up it wouldnt go thru. the sheet metal it could if u super gently babied it thru,, but dont try to hack off some rebar w it. i ended up throwing a multi material blade in it and use it for breaking down boxes and shipping materials and other bulky garbages to get compacted and sent off to the dump. and in comparison to some of the other cutters in this category from other brands,, ive noticed that this one has the worst utilization of the blades diameter out if all of them,,, just the shaping of the tool, and the placement od the blade causez it to cover up most of the prime real estate of the blades.. w a 3 inch blade,, youll be lucky to get a half inch cutting depth.. and thas a reeaaaaallllll lucky cut...

works great , problem is you don’t sell replacement blades in this size . once their worn out may as well toss the tool unless you need a paper weight .

Love the size and power
I bought it to cut thru light angle iron. Amazing. Love the adjustable cowl/guard. Great tool. Haven’t tried it on plastic pipe yet. Gotta be great I m sure. We use cpvc and pex. It gives me a nice square cut in pex. Suggestion, maybe package some safety goggles with it. I was a contractor and own many.
