Worx WX960L Nitro 20V Cordless Impact Driver & Drill/Driver Combo Kit

I like that the batteries are a standard size but I always hated that the tools are ,to me,underpowered as the torque is not up to most other brands. Please rectify this then you'll have a great product. 👍

I replaced my faithful but well worn Worx drill with this combo. I am thrilled with both tools and the upgraded charger.

The drill works ok but the impact driver overheat easily. The 2ah battery are a bit weaks even with the samsung cells inside. There is a delay when you press the trigger on both tools (but not on the impact wrench) which is odd and makes it hard to apply the correct pressure. The tools are heavy but seems durable

These two tools are like a matched set of revolvers. They will handle any work needed by drill/driver. The battery share is the key.

I needed to replace my cordless drill that was stolen. I had had such success with the worx drill that I already owned. I naturally went back to the website to shop for its replacement. I had to use them my cordless drill as a driver as well so when I found the driver and drill combo. I purchased that set. Never having owned a driver before. Are used it for a few small projects and realized it appears to have tremendous power. So I put it to the test. They say a picture is worth 1000 words. Every tool I’ve ever purchased from this company has performed above and beyond.

This is the second Impact driver from Worx as I need them in a few places equally. Great product with fantastic Customer support. I have most of the Worx tools and all perform for years now. Since the first tool purchased to the last I can always count on them to be ready to go.

I recently purchased a new home and purchased this combo for all the impending work I had. They've been great so far. I've charged the battery once before getting started weeks ago and they're still going strong with frequent use by me and my wife.

The driver and drill are both smaller size and lighter than other brands he's used, but they are just as powerful. The set came with 2 batteries that have a great life and charge rather quickly. They're smaller than drills I've had in the past, but they definitely didn't sacrifice any power. They feel really comfortable in my hand. I love the fast charger that comes with it and with two batteries I don't have to worry about stopping as often.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After receiving the impact driver and drill/driver combo kit, I have been pleasantly surprised by a number of its features. I use a lot of my dads tools and his drills are always so heavy- these are super lightweight! I also think they are quieter than our older tools. In comparison to the older batteries I’m used to, these batteries charged fairly quickly. We are just getting ready to start renovating our kitchen ourselves, and two bathrooms, and cannot wait to begin using our new tools! The added bag for storage is a nice bonus. While it fits the driver and drill with batteries, it didn’t fit the charger. My only negative so far: You would think that the storage bag could hold it all- in addition to the needed drill bits- for proper organization!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Worx Impact Driver & Drill/Driver Combo Kit came in handy recently in our home renovation project, my husband & I used the drill all around the house the battery life on both drills is amazing and we were able to complete all the projects we had planned in a matter of hours compared to our drill that’s battery life was about 30 minutes. I am very happy with all the extras that came in the combo kit and the storage bag was a nice bonus to have all our tools in the same place. The driver and drill have a lot of power and made our renovation project run smooth, I am very happy and recommend this combo kit to anybody looking for a driver and drill kit.

Extremely powerful, the battery charger is well designed and take far less time to charge than all of my husband's other battery tools. Already one of his favorite go to tools in his wood shop.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought them for a big kitchen remodel and they have not disappointed. They are replacing the Switch Driver and the non Nitro impact driver. Both worked well, bit the Nitro versions are significantly better.

Just received and tested: charged, wood & cement drill & drive, Worx fine. Great kit and would recommend to anyone wanting/needing both tools. -1 star as the drill pictured is not the hammer drill you are ordering / want / and receive. Which is better than the reverse but causes some FUD when choosing what to order and until you have the box in your hands. Also the set doesn't quite feel 5-stars power. But likely plenty of power for general home use, and possibly that the person using was inexperienced with power tools so more confidence may get better results. Similarly the drill chuck loosened up and the drill bit slid short once during use, but operator error cannot be ruled out. Only 'better' drill/drive tool is the Worx switch-driver which is brilliant for woodwork (and I recommend to anyone as well). But if you have cement walls in your house, etc., this is the kit. (I had a corded drill. Naturally it struggled on cement. Upgraded after a few years to a corded hammer drill. Then got the switch-driver for convenience. Now this kit for storm response. If you're just starting out these days, skip corded and go straight for Worx.) As others mention the included bag is tight. But it can hold both tools (pointing up counterintuitively) though may struggle to add anything else. (It can hold the charger with the tools too, and probably a small bit kit.) However it is not a general purpose tool bag so as a free bonus it is a nice bonus other Worx tools don't come with and thus the size (and lightness of the material & construction) is not something to complain about. It Worx fine to take this kit from storage to the project site. More importantly this kit comes with a WA3881 'fast' charger - as advertised - while most Worx tools come with slower chargers. The faster charger is a real bonus for a pair of tools (plus any of you other Worx tools; the advantage of sticking with one manufacturer with interchangeable batteries like Worx). Batteries are WA3525 (2amp 36wat) so not the biggest but likely suitable for light use (DIY projects). And counterbalance the tools nicely, which may indicate a thoughtful battery choice on Worx part. Worx makes bigger if you want, and if you stick with one company for tools you end up with a few interchangeable batteries. So I find the job is done before the tools, or I am run down when my batteries are run out. In short, these batteries fit the tool and expected level of use so don't worry about their size until you've had some experience with the kit. Only improvement (for all drills, any manufacturer) would be a built in spirit level. With the fast charger, bonus carrying bag, and my expectation it will Worx for anything I need it for, this should probably be a 5 star review. If you are considering this kit take this as an unreserved recommendation from a very occasional DIYer.

All of my power tools are Worx. I am a single female who tries do all my own projects so I depend on these tools and they do a great job!
