I bought two and thought it would be nice to use my phone to turn the strip on and off. But nope, both strip failed to connect to the app. Contacted customer service and I got minimum support. They only contact me once. Basically I am paying extra for the wireless functionality which the strip failed to perform.

It’s a nice power strip and I have no issues charging everything. But I couldn’t pair either of the two strips I got, despite following instructions and trying several times. The app won’t see or pair to either power strip. I don’t know if it’s an app issue or something else, but this is the first time I’m having issues connecting a device to my WiFi network. I wasted an hour trying. For that, I’m taking away two stars, since now I have an overpriced regular power strip, not a smart one. At least I can charge more things, given the added USB slots.
