I love the organizer. However it came missing a part. Target was unable to issue the replacement part. Only offered a full refund if I sent it back. I didn’t want to send it back and a partial refund wasn’t an option. Bad customer service

It does the job. Wish the top cushion was a bit better quality but I suppose I could get a different pillow somewhere else. Easy enough to put together and it fits where I put it very well.
