A: We generally do not recommend it as it makes it more likely to damage the insulation but if you do, you would not want to fill it all the way, more like half.

My daughter loves this water bottle and she’s actually drinking more water because of it! She picked it to match her backpack and lunch box but loves it because of the easy to carry handle. This is the perfect lunch tumbler for my daughter. She is autistic and has many food issues. She loves carnation essentials but only if they are warm “hot cocoa” style. These tumblers will be perfect to send her for school lunch and there will be the peace of mind she is getting some nutrition and her drink will stay warm.
