With this I gave it to him an hour before bed time, by the time bed time came around he was really cozy. He’s ten and I only gave him one pill. He ate it no problem, no complaints in taste or anything. Easy to take, easy to work.

There is a different dosage kids age 3-5 and ages 6 through 12 so you can keep one product in your house to fit your children's needs.
