Pokémon Trading Card Game: Mega Greninja ex Premium Collection

Item never shipped and won’t let me request a refund or anything. Just says it’s delayed.

Didn’t really get anything big but it was still a great time. Only issue was opened when I got it but the product is self seemed un touched there was a lot of damaging to one of the packages. I wanted to save one but what ever I got about 15 minutes of fun and have a bunch of cards 😂

package was torn and destroyed...missing product too...very upset

Package came badly damaged and the collectible boxes were torn and dented. The UPS driver did this by forcing the box over my gate. Target should be able to get compensation. There as no packing material in the box. But Target refused to issue a refund. I will not shop at target again.

Box ripped and crushed

Great box that arrived as a preorder. Had a lot of packs inside. 1 box had a few hits and the 2nd box was just bulk cards. I ordered 2 through the app through direct link and barely was able to check out. Almost impossible to get any pokemon cards and am shocked I was even able to get these!

Pokemon package may have been a tiny been deformed on perhaps the back corners (totally reasonable), but other than that everything was perfect!! Got two hits as well 😊.

Good product

The box that contained the two items was poorly packaged with one flap remaining open. One of the pokemon boxes was damaged at the top. Target needs to take better care of packaging their products for delivery!!

package came completely destroyed. box was mangled, product inside was beyond destroyed. if target had done more to protect the product, it wouldn't have been destroyed, and only the outer box would have been destroyed.

Target has to do better with their package , my package got her ripped and unpresentable . It’s a gift for my son

your partner company UPS in Visalia already stole my last package and they opened this one and went through it it arrived open they didn't steal it because nobody wants this set can you please use better protection or another party thank you

Target Pokémon delivery quality is extremely disappointing The boxes arrived crushed and torn, with packaging torn open multiple times. No respect for the items inside that were smashed down to fit in a box that was too small originally to hold items. Outside box arrived in perfect condition that they arrive in which signals intent to me. Some packs are loose inside the box, risking further damage with damage done to some packs and both promo cards. It feels like a rushed, careless shipment. Items aren’t securely protected, which undermines trust in Target’s handling of items when I can’t access or remedy any type of help since they are labeled non returnable and likely sold out. If you’re a collector, you’ll likely be frustrated by the poor packaging and the risk of damaged cards. Expect better protection, sturdier boxes, and clearer handling standards in future orders. Disappointed.
