i had 2 orders of 2 blooming waters boxes, the first order came in fine, no issues, the second order came with both of the boxes being damaged on the seal, looks like it mightve been resealed, the stickiness to hold the box shut it loose, hopefully nothing was tampered with

Damaged item received
My excitement level was through the roof because I finally got through on a Pokemon release. . . .Blooming Waters! But, when the package arrived a couple days later the Blooming Waters box had been tampered with. Someone from the DC thought it would be a good idea to put tape on the box to hold down a portion of the flap. Example in the pictures. Dealing with customer service has got me nowhere because they do not refund 'damaged cards.' A replacement would’ve been more than acceptable, but it doesn't look like that's happening either. Thanks for the poor experience, Target!

For sealed collectors, this is what you would call russian roulette. Not only do you have to beat the bots and other starved collecters, you have to pray it doesn't come in absolutely obliterated during shipping. I don't know who at the target distro center thinks that one sheet of brown packaging paper slightly crinkled would protect anything in the box that is thrown around and abused by warehouse workers and the shipping company. Can you spare some bubble wrap?
Boxes were shipped without any sort of shipping materials. One came with a large dent in the corner and the other came looking like it was mauled by a lion. As it was a TCG item, no real recourse just talking to customer service to waste time.
