I have taken this in the past and it truly works! Just make sure you don't eat or drink anything 15 minutes after taking this and don't eat anything citrus 30 minutes before. Those directions are a small price to pay for the results! This stuff works and it took it before a cold and I had very minimal symptoms. I am assumed covid positive now and started taking this as soon as I felt a tickle in my throat and aches!! This stuff works it eliminates your symptoms when taken correctly! Run don't walk to get this stuff!

I'm going to have to agree with the reviews. It's Fall 2022 and I've caught some virus that everyone is warning about, it's not Covid just feels like a really bad cold. Unfortunately, I'm already in 2-3 days with this cold but I took Zicam on the third day and within 30 minutes was feeling so much better, walking around, feeling like I could do stuff. Before this I was laying in bed , coughing and feeling like crap. I will continue taking it and will need everyone's advice to begin taking Zicam on the onset of symptoms . Much appreciated for all the reviews everyone posted! I wouldn't have purchased otherwise

I hate colds! They are the worst! I've been using Zicam RapidMelts for a few years when I get a cold and the difference is night and day. My symptoms never fully develop like in the past and my cold is gone in a few days. Yay! I rarely write reviews, but this one is worth it.
