When using this product : do not use more than directed,do not use for more than 3 days. Use only as directed. Frequent or prolonged use may cause nasal congestion to recur or worsen.,temporary discomfort such as burning, stinging, sneezing or an increase in nasal discharge may result.,use of this container by more than one person may spread infection.Directions
To Use Pump: To open, hold the actuator to squeeze and turn cap. Hold with thumb at bottom of bottle and nozzle between fingers. Before using the first time, prime pump by depressing several times. Place tip of nozzle just past nasal opening (approximately 1/8inch). Pump 2 or 3 times in each nostril without tilting your head. Sniff deeply. wipe nozzle clean after use. To close, turn cap until it 'clicks'. Keep carton for complete warnings and information; see opposite panel for detailed instructions on how to use pump. To Use Pump: 1. To open, hold white wings with thumb and forefinger; with other hand, pinch gray grips on cap and twist to open. 2. Hold with thumb at bottom of bottle and nozzle between your fingers. 3. Before using the first time, prime pump by firmly depressing several times. 4. Place tip of nozzle just past nasal opening (approximately 1/8"). 5. Pump 2 or 3 times into each nostril without tilting your head. 6. Sniff deeply. Do not use more often than once every 10 to 12 hours. Do not exceed 2 doses in any 24-hour period. Wipe nozzle clean after use. 7. To close, hold white wings in place while turning the gray cap until it clicks.Adults and Children 6 to Under 12 Years of Age (with Adult Supervision):

Made my nose run like a faucet
While this product cleared my sinuses, my nose will not stop running after using it and it's almost more annoying than when I was congested. I'm disappointed because I usually love Zicam products but this one does not meet my expectations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off the packaging! Box easy to open, the plastic to secure the top.. now that's a battle! Zicam Intense Sinus Relief the actual product what can you say it definitely clears your sinuses. Now if you can only breathe out one nostril the effect isn't magic want immediate but you honestly don't even realize how quick it works the moment you can take that deep breathe. The best part no run down the back of your throat drip or after taste.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Zicam Intense Sinus Relief spray is an excellent product. Sit down with a sharp serrated knife to remove the plastic wrap before you need it. It clears my nose up every night. I find this to be the best nasal spray around. It’s a gel so stays where it’s put with no dripping. Works well and quickly although I only get about 8 hours relief rather than the 12 that’s advertised. Your mileage may vary.

I got Zicam Intense Sinus Relief for those times when I am so congested that I feel like I can hardly breathe and the pain in my head is almost unbearable. Unfortunately this time of year these situations happen more often than I would like. The good news is when I finally succumb to the pain and uncomfort and use this nasal spray, it works fast to relieve the pain and pressure and allow me to breathe again. I don't like the taste or the feeling of it running down my throath but it works as advertised.

I really loved this product, I would highly recommend to anyone with congestion issues. I have found that some of these similar products will keep me up at night or are painful, this one does neither.

FANTASTIC PRODUCT
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh my gosh. I’m not even kidding when I say this was a life savor! ! I was not at all expecting it to work as good as it did. I will say that there was a bit of a burning sensation but it did not last long at all and was so worth it considering I could breath out of both nostrils afterwards!! I would recommend this product a thousand times over !!

I pretty much instantly had clear nasal passages. The best part was I had a clear nose and sinuses for close to 12 hours!! This worked amazingly well. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] iI prefer nasal sprays to oral medicine for decongestants. Prior to using Zicam, my experience was with Flonase. Both work for me, but Flonase has a different active ingredient (a steroid) that may have problems with long term use. I am not sure about the long-term use of Zicam, but it's easy to use and works effectively.
