Keep your immune system charged up.
I have been taking Now Zinc for over two years to keep my immune system charged up. I also take D3 5000 and C 1000 units. This is safer to keep your self healthy than taking the covid-19 mRNA injection. So no to the covid injection.

A good runner up!
We used to get Zinc from our food preservation industry, now we don't. We still need it for a variety of reasons. I personally prefer Swanson brand, but this is probably as good. At the time I ordered it, it was the only one available. I still trust Swanson more, even though "NOW" has proven to be a very good brand.

I find this 50 mg. Zinc tablet from NOW to be a very good product. I have taken it for a number of years and realized all the good results I want when I take Zinc, --- with never any negative side effects. There is a lot of good to be had from Zinc, as I'm sure you have heard and read. Is it any wonder that Swanson carries so many Zinc products in different forms and potencies? There are several things I like about NOW's Zinc Tablet: The 50 mg. potency means I only have to take 2 to receive my desired dosage of 100 mg.. The tablets are small and easy to swallow. It is inexpensive. . . . And it does everything I take it for. So much has been written about Zinc and all of its benefits - - - from the eyes to the skin and throat, actually all mucous membrane linings, to wellness, even the sense of smell. I don't have to mention them all here; you have no doubt read much about Zinc's great value and versatility yourself. I make sure to take my Zinc every single day. Works for me.

Winter is not far behind Autuun. Have found zinc to be very important in building up immunity thanks to the educational information on this site. Can use the dose or cut it in half. Zinc also supports the pancreas, vision, adrenals. See what I learned. Now you know it too.
