Give it time!!
Really enjoying this mattress (about a week in). I had let it sit for about a day before trying it out and was disappointed at first. It was way too soft for my liking...after another day or so it firmed up and is now the perfect balance between soft and supportive! Will be getting more for our other bedrooms

No edge support very spongy
The mattress has absolutely No Edge support and is very spongy. Also, my fitted sheets slide off of this mattress every night. I would not purchase this again.

Slept well
I thought the mattress would be firmer. I am sleeping better but I deal with back pain I’m afraid that it’s not gonna hold up and stay fairly comfortable and it’s not as firm as I want it to be. May need to return. Have purchased other mattresses from you that are firmer.

It's a Win for Us!
We have been sleeping on our new mattress for about 3 weeks. My husband used to complain about back pain multiple times a day. I have only heard him say one thing about his back in 3 weeks. That is a win in my book! I will say, we have not noticed the "cooling" aspect of the mattress, but it is not hot, either.

We've had this mattress for two weeks and we're IN LOVE. I'm just working in bed right now so I can be on the mattress lol. It's soft but not TOO soft! I sleep hot at night so this cooling gel memory foam is THEEE best. I give it a 500 out of 10 stars!!!

This mattress was purchased for our daughter and she has said multiple times that she sleeps so good, which wasn’t the case with her previous mattress. We have purchased 4 Zinus mattresses over the past 4-years and have been pleased with all of them.
