horrible.
I have long been a loyal Zinus customer, my previous mattress was excellent and served me well for seven years. When upgrading to a larger size, I naturally chose Zinus again. Unfortunately, this proved to be a mistake. I now experience persistent back pain each morning, and the process of returning the mattress appears to be unnecessarily complicated. It is disappointing to see a brand I once trusted and recommended fall short of the quality I had come to expect.

Size and firmness
On one place on your website it says this mattress is 12 inches and on another place it says 10 inches. It is actually 10 inches. Also, I would classify this mattress as firm.

Perfect for big people and lasts
I am close to 300 lbs and so go through mattresses on a year or two. I purchased this mattress five years ago and it’s still like brand new. I spent thousands on name brand options only to be disappointed in a year or two. This is the the sturdiest, most comfortable mattress I have ever owned. I could afford anything on the market, and tried them. THIS is the best one I promise. Have not slept like this my whole life. This is my wonderful comfy, safe place.

Why did we wait to upgrade again?
The house wide excitement when this new hybrid mattress from Zinus showed up was entertaining to say the least. The kids - ok all of us - were so fascinated with how easy it was to unpack and watch it take shape out of the box. I’m a tea lover already but the green tea in the memory foam to help with relaxation and pressure relief is 10/10. We’ve been loving so far. It’s also does such a great job of minimizing movements during the night which is great for when one of us is up with the kids I also could’t get over how much nicer our covers and pillows looked on this mattress instead of the old lumpy one. All this time I thought I was terrible at making the bed and turns out it was the mattress all along. The more you know. I highly recommend giving Zinus a look we’ve been so pleased.

Mattress is already saggy within 6 months. It does not hold our weight at all. As soon as we try to sit on the mattress, we have a hard time getting off.The memory foam has deviated from the edges. I would not recommend this mattress.

Best nights sleep
I have had bad back problems for years and my old mattress was getting too soft. I chose the green tea mattress because it’s cooling and firm enough. I’ve slept in my new Zinus mattress for over a week now and haven’t had a sore back once. I’m a hot sleeper too and I love that it’s cooling. I would definitely recommend this to anyone for a good nights sleep.

From Sleep to Slumber: No naps available.
Try to take a quick nap on this mattress at your own risk. You'll be qaking up 8 hours later ready to accomplish everything you already slept through. This is undeniably the most stable, comfortable, optimally dense bed I have ever used in my life (compared to ANYTHING I've ever slept on, ANYTHING). I should have bought the king size. As long as Zinus' is in business, and their product stays at this quality, for these reasonable prices, I will not look anywhere else, or suggest any other company for future bed purchases.

Such promise but big disappointment
I originally bought a queen size and it was the best mattress ever. I had a foolish idea to upgrade to a king so I ordered the exact same mattress but in a king size. Unfortunately, this mattress was not the same. It was extremely firm and it would create divots were I laid and it would be hard to roll out of them. After fighting with Zones for a year, they finally replaced the mattress free of charge. I was thinking that would fix everything, but the replacement was even worse. I don’t understand how each mattress can be different. Unfortunately I will needing to buy a new mattress again.

Sore no more
I 1st slept on the mattress when visiting an out town friend. After 2 days I notice my shoulder was aching anymore. She told me the name of mattress & I made an immediate purchase when I returned home. That was 2 years ago & I am still happy & feeling sore no more!

Awful
This mattress is very uncomfortable and gives me awful back and hip pain. This is our guest room mattress, and other guests have said the same thing. It is too soft and very difficult to get out of.
