horrible.
I have long been a loyal Zinus customer, my previous mattress was excellent and served me well for seven years. When upgrading to a larger size, I naturally chose Zinus again. Unfortunately, this proved to be a mistake. I now experience persistent back pain each morning, and the process of returning the mattress appears to be unnecessarily complicated. It is disappointing to see a brand I once trusted and recommended fall short of the quality I had come to expect.

I bought the 12 inch king medium firm matress and writing the review after using for 8 months. I must admit this one is really good in summer and in winter, I felt sweaty sometimes. I believe it does not have cooling effect. But otherwise matress feel is very good and it does not sink in much which I really like. Most matress sink in and your back feels uncomfortable but this one is not one of those

The reviews on this matress do not add up for me. These are so hard and uncomfortable. I ordered a full for myself and my son. My back and neck hurt amd he cries amd says the bed is too hard. (He's 7) :( I'm hoping these can be returned.

This mattress is phenomenal for the price point! I have a horrible back with a lot of lower back pain. I got this mattress about a month ago now, and I truly can say this has helped ease my pain tremendously. I am a back sleeper and I thought it was funny when I woke up in the morning that my sheets and comforter were in the same place when I woke up, indicating I didn’t move an inch when I slept. Which is a huge green flag since I used to toss and turn. For reference I am a heavier set person and this mattress has supported me great!

After unboxing the mattress, it was pretty firm. We followed the instructions on the Zinus website to jump and walk on the mattress to help it loosen up. It did the trick and the mattress is SO comfortable now. No more hip or back pain and we sleep so peacefully and wake up well rested that it’s hard to get out of bed in the morning. Will never go back to a spring mattress.

Don't waste your time
What a waste of time and effort. Less than half of the bed decompressed after 3.5 days. Getting it to fold up so that it could be returned to the store was awful. Save yourself a headache and buy a real mattress!

Great mattress and easy to move
I bought this mattress about three months ago and I still love it. Shipping was easy, fluffed up in about 48 hours as promised. For reference, I am a side sleeper and this has worked perfectly for me, it is very comfortable. I believe the manufacturer says it will not (or at least shouldn't be) compressed back down but when I moved I was able to put it in a vacuum seal bag, compress it, roll it up and pack it in my car. I didn't have to go far so this may not work for very long but it did for moving day. Definitely would recommend if you like foam mattresses.
