Zojirushi Virtuoso 2lbs Bread Machine

I couldn't be happier with my Zojirushi Home Bakery Virtuoso Plus Bread Maker. The whole process is incredibly simple, and it comes with a helpful recipe book to get you started. There are also countless recipes online, so it's easy to try new kinds of bread. I've made several loaves of bread in it already, and every one has turned out really good with a great texture and flavor. I also made banana nut bread, and it came out absolutely fantastic. One of the biggest reasons I bought this bread maker was to have more control over the ingredients. It's nice knowing my bread isn't made with unknown chemicals or unnecessary additives. I also don't have to worry about buying bleached, enriched bread from the grocery store anymore. Overall, I think this purchase has been well worth it. It's easy to use, produces consistently delicious bread, and gives me peace of mind knowing exactly what's going into every loaf. I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys fresh, homemade bread.

I love my new bread machine! I have tried several different brands of bread machines in the past and they never produced what I wanted. The Home Bakery Virtuoso® Plus Breadmaker (with Ceramic Nonstick) BB-PPC20 gives me a perfect loaf every time. I have looked at the others in the past but didn’t like the Teflon coating on the pans but now that the ceramic coating is out on this model, I couldn’t resist.

I bought this bread maker almost a month ago, and I couldn’t be happier with it. Every loaf has turned out perfectly, and the bread is soft, flavorful, and delicious. It’s very easy to use, and I’ve had consistent success every time. I use it several times a week, and it has made homemade bread so simple and enjoyable. I highly recommend this bread maker to anyone who loves fresh homemade bread.

The Bread machine itself is worth every penny! I wish I had purchased this sooner. Makes delicious breads, cakes and dough for pizza, bagels etc. Very easy to use. I like the bread recipes in the included recipe book, although I'm not a fan of some of the cake and bagel recipes. Some are far too sweet or too basic like their cornbread recipe is so sweet and has no salt? Not very balanced. The good things is I can just use my own recipes in the machine and they work just fine on the cake, dough or homemade cycles. cleaning the bread pan and paddles can be tricky but I soak them slightly and then use a bamboo toothpick for any stubborn areas. I wish there was an included sponge on a stick to clean the inside of the paddles.

This machine is so fun to use and watch and it makes breadmaking really easy and with virtually NO mess to clean up. The breads are delicious and we keep making a new loaf right when we eat up the last one. We are addicted to the light rye recipe, with a couple of personal tweaks.

I recently bought this bread maker and it is a quality product and well made. I’m very happy that the non stick coating is not harmful to health, and one of the reasons I purchased this model. Instructions are very clear and well presented. I have only used it once so far, the bread was delicious but sank a little when baking. I need to tweak my recipe and practice a few more times. Very happy I purchased.

Bought this about a month ago and am so happy with it. It’s crazy not having to buy bread anymore. We love the ease and consistency of the products!

I've had this breadmachine for less than 2 weeks and I love it!!! I have used the dough only mode, the bake mode, the timer, and the homemade courses. My journey into breadmaking has led me into freshly milled flour and this Zojurushi has made working with this dough so much easier. I have yet to upgrade my mixer to one that will handle kneading but I don't feel it is necessary too quickly now thatbI have this machine to prepare dough for me. I made cinnamon rolls last night using the dough only mode, removed the dough let bulk rise then shaped the roll. It was so nice to set the machine and walk away to eat dinner while it made dough for me. The interface is easy as Scrolling through the courses, setting up and resetting the homemade knead, rise, bake times is wonderfully flexible. The bread pan washes up very easily. I use a drink straw wand to ensure the interior of the paddles are cleaned out. Getting dough out or soaking the pan very soon after use is highly recommended to make clean up much easier. The machine itself is a beautiful addition to my counter top as my appliances are all black and stainless steel. There is a very minor rattle in the back of the machine when it is kneading which bothers me if I am in the kitchen, stops with a bit of pressure of my hand on the back panel. It is trivial at best. My old machine overbaked my bread but the Zojurushi bakes perfectly the top and the sides. The shape of the bread has always been very uniform when set on the full bake mode. No holes inside my bread. The paddles do leave a slight hole in the bottom but totally expected from a bread machine ao not a problem. Overall, I highly recommend the Zojurushi virtuoso plus for absolutely everyone who is getting into freshly milled flour baking, im sure it works equally excellently with white bleached flour, but my head is turned away from enriched flour.

After much research and watching a ton of YouTube videos, I decided on the Zojirushi BB-PPC20. It has not disappointed. Everything about this bread machine feels and looks like high quality. It is surprisingly really quiet when running. It really doesn’t throw off too much heat when baking. The ceramic pan seems to work really well. Time will tell about the durability of the coating. The only thing I wish was a little better is the screen display, while in cycle. It would be nice to have the option to see what cycle it is in and how much time is left in each cycle without having to hit a button to only see it briefly. This is a very, very minor issue to me and does not affect the overall rating, at all. I really, really like and enjoy using this bread machine. I cannot recommend it highly enough. Though it is pretty expensive, I feel it would outlast and perform other bread machines of lesser value.

Love the breadmaker except you need to make the screen brighter so us ol’ folks can read it. It is hard to see and I have to use a little flashlight to read the screen. Otherwise, I haven’t had any problems with it.

I have not been able to make a decent loaf of bread after trying 5 times. Its either too flat, too dense or too crusty. I'm following the recipies that were shipped with the product. Measuring ingredients by weight instead of cups. Very frustrating as I don't know if the problem is with the recipies or the breadmaker or even the ingridients. Too many variables. It should not be this complicated.

This bread maker works amazing and makes the best breads. This is our second one, the first one lasted 20 years!

Which there was a better way to get the bread out. I have to shake it pretty vigorously. For cleaning, I soak the container in hot water, but one paddle always has a hard time coming out. It's frustrating. Also have had 2 times where I did delayed start and the container popped up and started rattling. We woke up in the middle of the night to turn it off. Given it happened 2 times I don't think it wasn't installed properly

Love this machine. Easy to use, directions of the recipe guide are easy to follow. The only challenge I do have is taking out the blades many times. They seem to get somehow stuck after a bake. But overall a great machine!

Makes fantastic bread, quick and easy cleanup with the ceramic pan and paddles.
