Ive had ot for 2 weeks and have used it numerous times and love it.

This machine is everything you would want in a bread maker. Easy to use and beautiful loaves every time. Enjoying experimenting with new recipes.

This machine is so fun to use and watch and it makes breadmaking really easy and with virtually NO mess to clean up. The breads are delicious and we keep making a new loaf right when we eat up the last one. We are addicted to the light rye recipe, with a couple of personal tweaks.

I recently bought this bread maker and it is a quality product and well made. I’m very happy that the non stick coating is not harmful to health, and one of the reasons I purchased this model. Instructions are very clear and well presented. I have only used it once so far, the bread was delicious but sank a little when baking. I need to tweak my recipe and practice a few more times. Very happy I purchased.

Bought this about a month ago and am so happy with it. It’s crazy not having to buy bread anymore. We love the ease and consistency of the products!

I've had this breadmachine for less than 2 weeks and I love it!!! I have used the dough only mode, the bake mode, the timer, and the homemade courses. My journey into breadmaking has led me into freshly milled flour and this Zojurushi has made working with this dough so much easier. I have yet to upgrade my mixer to one that will handle kneading but I don't feel it is necessary too quickly now thatbI have this machine to prepare dough for me. I made cinnamon rolls last night using the dough only mode, removed the dough let bulk rise then shaped the roll. It was so nice to set the machine and walk away to eat dinner while it made dough for me. The interface is easy as Scrolling through the courses, setting up and resetting the homemade knead, rise, bake times is wonderfully flexible. The bread pan washes up very easily. I use a drink straw wand to ensure the interior of the paddles are cleaned out. Getting dough out or soaking the pan very soon after use is highly recommended to make clean up much easier. The machine itself is a beautiful addition to my counter top as my appliances are all black and stainless steel. There is a very minor rattle in the back of the machine when it is kneading which bothers me if I am in the kitchen, stops with a bit of pressure of my hand on the back panel. It is trivial at best. My old machine overbaked my bread but the Zojurushi bakes perfectly the top and the sides. The shape of the bread has always been very uniform when set on the full bake mode. No holes inside my bread. The paddles do leave a slight hole in the bottom but totally expected from a bread machine ao not a problem. Overall, I highly recommend the Zojurushi virtuoso plus for absolutely everyone who is getting into freshly milled flour baking, im sure it works equally excellently with white bleached flour, but my head is turned away from enriched flour.

After much research and watching a ton of YouTube videos, I decided on the Zojirushi BB-PPC20. It has not disappointed. Everything about this bread machine feels and looks like high quality. It is surprisingly really quiet when running. It really doesn’t throw off too much heat when baking. The ceramic pan seems to work really well. Time will tell about the durability of the coating. The only thing I wish was a little better is the screen display, while in cycle. It would be nice to have the option to see what cycle it is in and how much time is left in each cycle without having to hit a button to only see it briefly. This is a very, very minor issue to me and does not affect the overall rating, at all. I really, really like and enjoy using this bread machine. I cannot recommend it highly enough. Though it is pretty expensive, I feel it would outlast and perform other bread machines of lesser value.

Love the breadmaker except you need to make the screen brighter so us ol’ folks can read it. It is hard to see and I have to use a little flashlight to read the screen. Otherwise, I haven’t had any problems with it.

I have not been able to make a decent loaf of bread after trying 5 times. Its either too flat, too dense or too crusty. I'm following the recipies that were shipped with the product. Measuring ingredients by weight instead of cups. Very frustrating as I don't know if the problem is with the recipies or the breadmaker or even the ingridients. Too many variables. It should not be this complicated.

This bread maker works amazing and makes the best breads. This is our second one, the first one lasted 20 years!

Which there was a better way to get the bread out. I have to shake it pretty vigorously. For cleaning, I soak the container in hot water, but one paddle always has a hard time coming out. It's frustrating. Also have had 2 times where I did delayed start and the container popped up and started rattling. We woke up in the middle of the night to turn it off. Given it happened 2 times I don't think it wasn't installed properly

Love this machine. Easy to use, directions of the recipe guide are easy to follow. The only challenge I do have is taking out the blades many times. They seem to get somehow stuck after a bake. But overall a great machine!

Makes fantastic bread, quick and easy cleanup with the ceramic pan and paddles.

This is a replacement machine for my old one that wore out from use. This model has a heater unit in the top lid as well as the one at the bottom of the machine. Even my husband notices the difference in the bread that I am making in this new machine. I also have paid more to have the ceramic lined bread pan. I am trying to get the PFAS, etc. out of our home. I highly recommend this machine to any bread baker, pizza dough maker, sourdough starter maker, etc. etc. Expensive...yes...but you get what you pay for and these machines last years and years.

Works well when making fresh bread. Haven't done much more than white bread but plan to do more

I’ve used the machine a couple of times so far: once for bread and once for pizza dough. The results have been good. This bread maker seems solid and is pretty quiet compared to my last bread maker. The ceramic nonstick surface releases the bread easily and the paddles come out easily too. I had read that this can be difficult with the Teflon pans but the ceramic model does not seem to have this problem. The only suggestion I would make to Zojirushi would be to add a signal to all courses before the last rise to remove the paddles and reshape if one wished. The workaround is to set a timer. I can live without the signal considering the quality of this machine.

I just started using a bread machine. The machine seems great so far, and I’m enjoying it.

I love this bread machine. I bought it to replace a decades old one from a different company. It is easy to use, has many useful options, and makes delicious bread. I am baking 1 - 2 loves of bread a week for our household of two. The included recipes have all been great. I may never purchase store brought bread again.
