A: Use your bread machine for mixing only. Bake the bread in your oven. It is still worth the cost because of the ease of mixing and cleanup. You wouldn’t have the machine back your pizza dough.

Terrible instructions.
Instructions suck. The measurements in the manual and on the machine are in metrics I have no idea how to use this based on the manual or anything I can find online

Not much to like
I like its compact size but thats about it. As an older user who made it the old school way for years, I was excited to finally break down on purchasing a bread machine. The instruction manual and "recipe" nooks are a nightmare. Its obviously translated (badly) from another language. I am in process of making my first loaf and am already worried about how long it'll hold up, its clanking and loud. (yes put all back together proper) I'll hold final judgement until I see the finished product but this is NOT a first time user machine, more of an experienced "wing it" machine. My biggest complaint right now is the conflicting information between the manual and the receipe book. Example: Im trying to do a 1.5lb loaf because you never truly know capacity. the instructions in the recipe book dont really show a 1.5 loaf receipe and yet the gram capcity listed dont line up with the receipes given on the machine. There is no "working" light that tells you its even on/has power. The LED screen is awful for older eyes as its not backlit except for setting functions. After that? I havent a clue whats happening. Guess when I smell bread I'll know its baking. I think I'll return it. In spite of the great price, it isnt worth it for so much frustration. Better to continue with my arthritic hands the old school way OR pay much bigger bucks.

Item was defective and never gave different menu options. From the time I plugged it in the blue display continuously flashed and again couldn’t change anything other than what it was on. Returning the unit for a refund.

Compact and full featured
This is a versatile bread maker that can make 1 , 1. 5, and 2 lb loaves. It has 13 settings including basic, 2 ultra fast, jam, bake and yogurt. It also has a delay feature for a max of 13 hours. The control panel is easy to use and understand. Comes with a measuring cup and spoon. It cleans up easily. The bread slides easily out of the bread pan. It comes with a cook book, a user manual and a troubleshooting card.

Honestly, the only thing I’m struggling with are the instructions—they feel a bit overwhelming. I haven’t tried the bread maker yet, but I’m hopeful it will work well for me since I’m gluten intolerant and can only bake gluten-free bread. I’ll update my review after giving it a try.

Does what it was designed to do - make good breads
I tested them both and they both worked great however I found that this was a bit louder but not deafening. I love the light feature it has and the different beep options. I also find that I can do many other recipes with it. Got it on sale for almost the same price as the version which made me decided to purchase it ( Now I’m torn on which to keep using ). I made a Raisin bread & Regular bread 2lb Loaf. I didn’t experienced what some of other reviewers had such has it slides and didn’t mix or bake the dough well. It’s worth the try especially if it’s on sale.

I finally broke down and purchased this machine to replace a bread machine I had about 20 years ago. I really missed making fresh bread in a bread maker. The options on this unit are great and varied. I have been very happy with the loaves I have made in it. My husband keeps asking when I am going to make more bread.
