Zwilling magnetic knife bar.
Super strong magnet, I have a pacemaker so have to be careful not to get too close! But your knives and tools will not fall off this bar. We mounted it in the studs of our wall.

Two strikes
I wanted this knife bar to work for me but it just never did. Ordered twice; the first time the package arrived empty, things happen… no worries. But they did put a heavy, sharp piece of metal in a *paper* envelope with no padding, so it probably could have been avoided with better packaging. Target handled the refund and sent a replacement. The replacement arrived in a box! Unfortunately Zwilling/their fulfillment company shipped it without padding, again. It bent *just* enough that the back plate couldn’t be removed and was unmountable. I want to store my knives. Zwilling, please figure it out.

Mounting confusion
Website description of item indicates it can be mounted either horizontally or vertically but a printed warning on box states NOT to mount vertically. Also, item is very heavy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been a chef, all my life and this out of all the kitchens I’ve worked in this is the best magnetic bar to display and hold all of your knifes. You can mount it anywhere and it’s great because there’s no fumbling around with drawers and getting stuff on drawer. Handles just said you can grab a knife. Your knife is always mounted right on the wall. I love this thing. You’ll also know the quality of it when you go to pick it up and realized it’s not just a piece of stainless steel. The thing is filled from end to end with solid magnets.
