Description

ZWILLING Pro is the most user-friendly knife available to market. The unique blade shape and ergonomic bolster are the result of years of experience in knife making, and the rigorous study of how knives are used. A unique curved bolster supports the professional pinch grip, with thumb and index finger on the blade, for safe cutting and less fatigue. The Chef's Knife blade was redesigned with a broader curve in the front to facilitate the rocking motion of Western cutting, while the straight back is ideal for the Asian chopping motion. The full length of the blade can be used when cutting and can be sharpened from bolster to tip. Designed in Italy by Matteo Thun and made in Germany by ZWILLING J.A. Henckels, the company that sets the standard for exceptional cutlery worldwide. Set includes 4" Paring Knife, 5.5" Prep Knife, 8" Bread Knife, 8" Chef's Knife, TWIN Shears, TWIN Sharpening Steel, and 16 Slot Hardwood Block.

A joy to use daily, quality is incredible

Been using this knife set for over a year and they look just as good as the day I received them (hand washing only). Perfectly balanced and a solid, sturdy feel without being overly heavy or cumbersome. I use them every day and they've been a joy to have in the kitchen. The wood block is beautiful but I did notice the blades dig into it very easily when slotting them in, especially the vertical steak knife slots. Overall very please and no regrets.

    Best knife set, period.

Best knives you could buy. Great balance and great hand position grips. Super sharp and would recommend to anyone looking to start cooking more for themselves or even professionally. It makes cooking and food prep honestly fun to do with these knives. Just sharp and great feel in the hand, best knives I ever had and I bought a second set for my mom.

So far all knives are comfortable to use and are extremely sharp upon receiving them. As compared to other knives, the handle and grip feel natural and easy to use, while the weight feels balanced and effective.
