Not heavy duty cookware
I've purchased a big pot from this set to test the cookware and be aware - If you use sunflower oil for frying meat in the pot as a part of a recipe as pilaf, the coating inside will become brownish with time instead of staying gray. It is disappointing since the cost of the pot is pretty high and supposed to serve well and a long time. Maybe its' not designed for heavy duty cooking as few times in a week.

Our Vitale Cookware’s durable Granitium nonstick coating is constructed with ceramic particles and reinforced with hardening speckles. The thick aluminum body is superior for heat retention and distribution, resulting in everyday use of fast heating and superior browning and even cooking. For cleaning we suggest warm water and a soft sponge are enough if you clean your pot immediately after using. However, to clean a burnt on food or stains we recommend baking soda and a little warm water into a paste directly on the area and gently scrub with a nylon sponge or cloth. Also try leaving the paste mixture for 20-30 minutes or so then rinsing thoroughly with warm water. If necessary, repeat the process. We hope this helps! Great at First, but Lacks Longevity
Lasted only one year. The coating started peeling despite using only silicone and wooden utensils, avoiding metal, and strictly following all care instructions. For the price, I expected better longevity. If you’re looking for cookware with long-term durability, this might not be the best choice.

Solid Cookware Set with Minor Heat Issue
After using the ZWILLING Vitale 10-pc Pots and Pans Set for a month on my gas stovetop, I've found it to be a reliable addition to my kitchen. Here are my thoughts: Pros: Non-toxic materials give peace of mind for healthy cooking Durable construction seems built to last Easy to clean, which is a big plus for daily use Lightweight design makes handling and storage convenient Glass tops allow easy monitoring of cooking progress Cons: Handles tend to get hotter than expected, requiring extra caution The set has performed well for various dinner preparations. Its non-stick properties and even heat distribution make cooking a breeze. The glass lids are particularly useful for keeping an eye on simmering dishes without lifting the lid. However, the main drawback I've noticed is that the handles can get uncomfortably hot during extended cooking sessions on a gas stovetop. Using pot holders is often necessary, which slightly reduces the convenience factor. Overall, the ZWILLING Vitale set offers good value with its durability and ease of use. If you're looking for a versatile, non-toxic cookware set and don't mind being careful with hot handles, this could be a solid choice for your kitchen.

Great pans set
These pots and pans have been a great value for me. I cook almost every day, and I've noticed that they heat up quickly and the food doesn't stick to the pan. Plus, they're easy to clean.

I made rice treats with marshmallows in the big pan and accidentally burnt them and it came clean with hot water and soap in 3 seconds. Absolutely love love love this set. Worth every penny!
