Rug arrived promptly and in fine condition but the color wasn't as depicted - it was more of a green than a blue so it didn't work for me. Also the pile was not the quality I was expecting. The color "stamping" of the design wasn't balanced and while that does show in the photo on line (for example, in the center there's one dark area on one end of the design but not the other), it's not something I focused on when ordering. In person it's very noticeable that the pattern coloring is off. I returned the rug according to directions and received a full refund. While this rug didn't work for me I did order a pad and will plan to order other rugs. Highly recommend this company.
