    I would have given this runner 4 stars because the quality is good but it it so hard to flatten. I purchased a second rug eventhough the first one I am still waiting for it to completely flatten...it's been 2 weeks with some progress. I think nuloom should find a different way to store these rugs until ordered. I have ordered runners that were not this bad from being rolled. Hopefully it finally lays flat.

I suggest that you reverse roll the runners and set aside for 24 hours to relax the shipping roll shape before using. After 24 hours they will lay perfectly.
