    Love it!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so hesitant ordering this thick of a rug but when it arrived, we unrolled it and turned it face down for a day or so, then flipped it. The tassels were fine and after a vacuuming the rug was flat on the floor. We did have to use strong rug grips on each corner and it has been on the floor for a week now receiving many compliments.

    Soft BUT

    (This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I received the rug and it is perfect, I love it. But the chemical smell? I ordered this January 20 and this area rug has been airing out open since and the smell has not dissipated. I plan to use this for my nursery, but with the chemical smell, I am probably not going to use it for that reason. It still gives me a headache when I am in that room for more than ten minutes.

    Disappointed

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rug was nice initially but I’ve only had it for 3 months and the backing is coming though to the top. It looks like something dark on rug but upon inspection it’s the dark backing of the rug that is showing through. It makes it look dirty and stained and it is not.

    Soft and snuggly!

    Lovely and soft but not durable

    The rug is lovely and very soft but within a week it has a run in it where 2 pieces of yarn were pulled loose. I don't even know how they got pulled loose as I don't recall anything that would have snagged it or got caught in the rug.

    Glad I bought this!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The competitor was a lot more expensive. But this rug is 100% perfect. All of the reviews with issues seemed to have been addressed. My 12x9 was delivered with fabric caps so shipment wouldn’t damage it. I am usually super sensitive to smells but I didn’t notice any smell at all. I’ve had this rug for a few weeks. The more it got vacuumed and fluffed, the better it seems to get. My Shark robot easily goes over it and doesn’t get stuck on the tassels. I definitely recommend and would buy again if I needed to.

    Perfect colour and texture

    (This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We’ve had it for a few days now and love it in our living room! Soft for the kids to sit on for Christmas morning, and the solid colour with with the texture pattern looks really nice in person. Very slight smell upon opening but not as bad as I was expecting. We will see how it holds up but I’m hopeful, fingers crossed!
