Clean Absorption

We've tried many different vitamin A's form different manufactures. Some have had extra ingredients we didn't need/want. Some were very high priced. Some just didn't show any results. But this one not only has exactly what we're looking for, but alter having taken it for a few weeks now, we can tell the difference is general visons.

Good Quality

I prefer Beta Carotene because of the possibility of liver toxicity from too much vitamin A. Swanson is a good brand of A though.

Many Americans are deficient in Vitamin A

Mark Farris DDS I recommend this Vitamin A in my Kindle book: Vitamins, Minerals, Supplements: What I Take and How Much I Take. Excellent way to get enough Vitamin A daily. I take 10,000 IU a day. I currently use Swanson. 10,000 IU per soft gel. 250 soft gels per bottle. A bottle lasts 8 months. I buy on Swanson. I take one after breakfast.

What happened

These softgels have changed. The softgel itself is now smaller and very, very hard with little product inside. So if you are wanting to cut it open to apply to skin it will be nearly impossible.

I feel Vitamin a is needed for good eye sight, this is what we were taught in health class in the early 60.s. The ones I took back then in a multiple had 20,000 units today for some reason you can not find that amount.

A is for Antioxidant...

This A is small and ez to swallow,a softgel which I love. It's part of my antioxidant regimen. My sister has beautiful skin at age 66 recommended this to me that she pricks the softgel and applies topically to skin.

Finally, vitamin A in a size that does some good. So often supplement doses are too low when you need a therapeutic amount. I was really glad to find this size on Swanson, at an excellent price as well.
