The Real Deal

An herbal medicine specialist from Oxford University once told me that if I wondered if an herb was doing any good to stop taking it for a few days and see if I could tell any difference. I stopped taking Swanson Saw Palmetto, and after two days the difference was very noticeable. Bathroom visits were more frequent and middle of the night visits took so long that it woke me up. Swanson Saw Palmetto is the real deal!

Side effects

I had terrible nausea, vomiting and diarrhea from it. Felt like I was absolutely poisoned. It is listed as side effects and some people do have this reaction, just be aware, it could really happen. What saved me - is activated charcoal and apple juice, helps a lot get it out of your system.

Good value for the money

If value for the money is a top priority, Swanson Saw Palmetto should be at the top of the list. That said, I find Dr Mercola Saw Palmetto plus lycopene to be more effective for my particular situation.

Rapid and complete symptom relief

Saw Palmetto supplement

Have been using Saw Palmetto for a couple of years now. Is one of three supplements my GP suggested that might help to keep my prostrate from increasing in size. Probably all three are helping as I don't get up at night anymore where before starting these supplements I was getting up many times thru the night. Because of this I believe my prostate is shrinking in size or at the very least has kept it from increasing in size.

Good choice

I got this to replace another brand because that one was becoming difficult to get. This is cheaper and appears to be just as effective. I find it easy to swallow. It's worth the price difference and reliability of supply.

wonderful. it works.

I got this for my husband because his numbers for prostate cancer were higher than they should be so I got saw palmetto because it used in preventing prostate cancer which his father died from. After taking it for a month, he had a repeat blood test and the numbers dropped. Doctor pleased, I'm pleased. Thank you. 5 stars
