tingling

I take this for tingling in my feet and hands. I read up on the tingling. The articles I read recommended to skip prescriptions because none were really effective. ALA 600 mg was recommended. It is both effective and beneficial.

universal antioxidant

I’ve made Swanson Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA) a staple in my daily routine, and even though it doesn't give me an instant "kick" or a physical buzz, I feel incredibly confident in the cellular protection it’s providing. Really good quality ALA at an extra quality price!

The 100mg capsules come in handy for me. Swanson has been running specials on the 100mg 120 count capsules which is BOGO FREE right now! 240x100mg capsules . Very good price on it! It a quality ALA product!

Assuming that it's good...

I'm assuming that it's good. I don't feel any different after taking it for a few weeks consistently than I did prior to taking it, hence it's difficult to objectively comment on the quality of the supplement.

Cheap and Effective, what more is there to say?

This is one of my staple supplements and I have it on hand all the times. Alpha lipoic acid not only has benefits on it's own, but also is an anti-oxidant to your other beneficial anti-oxidants. I like the 100mg size because IMO you don't need high amounts at one time and I take several spaced throughout the day. I'm never without it, when I get down to one or two bottles I order four more.
