    Effective

    Lutein has made a positive difference in my vision. Objects and text are in clearer focus and colors are brighter. I’m a graphic artist and writer. Lutein makes it possible for me to continue to do the work that is important to me. It is easy to swallow and I experience no side affects. I’d be happy to purchase more capsules per bottle.

    Taken for decades..

    I have been taking lutein for decades as advised by my retina specialist for my eye health. This version is easy to take and with its color, makes it easy to differentiate from any other supplements one is taking. The effects from my particular eye disease have not worsened and therefore I will continue to take this cost effective supplement.

    My opthalmologist recommended Lutein and zinc for my macular degeneration. I feel it has delayed a worsening of my sight. I showed him the bottle and he seemed impressed. I has been a number of years I have been taking Lutein and I will continue to both take and recommend to others.

    Lutein 20mmg.

    This version is much less expensive than the store brands. Since I recently started taking it, I do not know if it is the same as other brands.

    I recommend lutein for healthy eyes. My mother lost most of her sight due to macular degeneration. I have taken it for 25+ years along with Bauch and Lomb Alreds. My sight is good.
