Best form of lecithin for me personally

I have taken the sunflower lecithin for years and have not had any issues or unwanted side effects. Swanson's brand is pure and not diluted with olive oil or other ingredients like some other brands I tried in the past. I can see a positive result in my lab tests and am happy with the lipid lowering effects! I prefer trying natural remedies before taking prescription medications and Swanson Vitamins always seems to have what I need for the best price.

Huge Pills

The pills are just too big. Hard to swallow. I also haven't seen any impact.

Swanson's Sunflower Lecithin

You can get Lecithin from a few different sources (in supplement form), and I seem to like the Sunflower version more than the other ones. It can be a little pricey, so wait for the sale and stock up.

Makes things work smoothly

I have tried other lecithin products, but Swanson's Sunflower lecithin is by far a better choice. As an aid to other products Swanson offers that complement the brain functions such as Swanson's Ginkgo Biloba, or even Swanson's Duel Ginseng Plus, the results are a much smoother calmer more productive experience. Many people don't know the role lecithin plays in a balanced brain function. Though most people will enjoy its complementary b3nefits in a nice rich chocolate candy bar! We need that for our heart, brain function and the rest of the body for optimal performance.

Sunflower Lecithin, non gmo

I've not finished the first bottle, but I'm planning on continuing it for a few months before I can expect to see marked improvements, main purpose of purchase was to help with brain function, recall, memory, that sort of thing.

Got to Have My Choline

I have been supplementing with Lecithin or PhosChol for fifteen years to hopefully keep my brain healthy. Wonderful to have a non-soy and non-GMO source!

I like that this is non-soy, non-GMO, but sometimes it has a funky smell and I can't help but wonder if it should not be refrigerated?
