Great product for liver detox

I got elevated liver enzymes levels on my blood work showing a fatty liver, and someone suggested to take Swanson milk Thistle because it’s good for liver detox. I also started eating healthier and now my liver enzymes are within range!

I love wine but to combat the damage caused by it I have included milk thistle in my daily regimen over the past 12 - 15 years with very little harmful harm done according to my Dr.

Been using it for years,good protection if you like to drink a little.It has other benefits too...even help lower cholesterol...I give my body a break from it every once in awhile but it’s good stuff!

Is very good for you

I've been taking milk thistle for many years now. A long time ago one of my blood tests showed I was getting close to the higher end of my liver levels, so I started taking this and my levels came down. Never had a problem since then.

It’s been a good supplement for me.

I’ve been taking Milk Thistle for about 14 years, and has helped my liver stay healthy. 80% of silymarin is the highest content I’ve found. My orders arrive in a few days and I’m pleased with the service.

I bought a bottle of standardized milk thistle for “detox” and discovered incidentally that it helped me tremendously with digestion (dyspepsia). When I looked it up on WebMD I discovered this has been reported as a finding in some studies. I really helps me.
