sanity saver.

I don't normally review things. I'm just too busy. But..... the last few month I have been on an emotional rollercoaster. And after the last two weeks I've been this crazy person I don't recognize. I was willing to try anything to just not hate everyone. lol. I was skeptical but it couldn't make anything worse sooo... within a few days of taking this once in the morning. I'm feeling myself and sane. it may not work this way for everyone but it has been a marriage and sanity saver for me. already bought extra bottles so I can't run out! and my hot flashes are better too.

Very good and helpful product

I was taking phyto-Estrogen for a few years; this Estro8PN Hop extract seems to be doing a great job in its own merit too.

Wonderful!

I have taken this for 6 months and it is great. My hot flashes and mood swings basically disappeared after just a few days after taking. I order it in multiples so I will never be out of it!!!

Not effective enough

I tried this product to help with hot flashes. I stopped taking my Soy Iso. to try this one and OMG! hot flashes came back worse. I went back to the Soy Iso. from Swanson they worked much better for that. I did maintain calm moods thankfully using this product but didn't help me with the hot flashes.
