Works for Me

Great product for skin and hair.

Really too early to tell the difference internally but with the humidity and sunshine the product seems to make my skin glow with hydration (instead of itch with sweat) and my hair is definitely silkier.

Excellent quality and great results

Have used this cod liver oil for years. Excellent source of vitamin A. I have dry sensitive skin and it amazingly helps make my skin soft and smooth. Great quality and definitely recommend this product.

I would appreciate the net amount is shown so that I know my credit amount. I bought 2boswellia and 2 curcumin and I didn't know the total I was billed. Why made this so complicated??

Seems to help with stiff muscles

I do think cod liver oil is helpful with my fibromyalgia and I've heard it may be good for arthritis and stiffness in general. Can't say definitely, but I will say I do seem to have less stiffness all around. I'll keep taking this or similar Swanson products.

Staff of life

Cod liver oil is part of the staff of good health. Keeps colds at bay as well as worst other things. I have even had to take liquid whe capsules could not be found.

Helps to dry out sinus/ears during allergy season

I use this for helping to "dry out" my ear/sinus during allergy season which is 12 months a year now! It really helps! Recommend for you to try for general health also.
