A few doctors in the area I lived were always sending people in (to the Health Food Store I was a District Manager at) for IP-6 to build up their immune system in a deep way. The brand they were getting was quite expensive. I always wanted to use it for short spurts of time for myself as I used to get bronchitis every year and I just wanted to make sure I was doing enough for my immune system. Well here years later I am 69 years old and saw Swanson carried it under their name brand supplements. I thoroughly trust Swanson brand and the price of the IP-6 is very affordable. I've been taking two in the morning with a capsule of Turmeric/Pepper and the same in the afternoon (on an empty stomach). I feel good that I am guarding myself against the crazy viruses out there and helping my immune system build to where it needs to be.

I believe it helps my immune system and protects against cancer.

Ip6 is a cell booster specifically made to keep the cancer cells in our bodies in better shape.

The last 2 batches (I order 2 bottles at a time) there have been open capsules in the bottles which makes all the other capsules bitter when you try to take them so overall I have been disappointed.

The IP-6 came in a large brown plastic bottle wrapped in bubble wrap in a box to the right size. The product had coated the inside of the bottle, there were many broken or half capsule shells dispersed through the remaining still capsuled product. The product appears to perform as desired at the recommended dosage. Further diagnostic testing hopefully will confirm the free radical capture and differentiation properties.

or noticible improvement in comsuming this product. In fairness, I took it twice a day not the maximum 3 times as suggested. Will not reorder.

This is a wonderful product to improve your immune system.

i take 2 capsules every 4 hours which is 12 caps or 6 grams per day. i sure like the product. i heard about it from a guest on the Coast to Coast AM broadcast. my thanks to the girl who mentioned IP-6.
