Not impressed.

No noticeable effect. The other type called "Double Strength" does give me energy, and this one seems to do nothing. What's strange is this one is 650mg, but the dbl strength is only 250mg and it costs more and it did give me some energy.

Love these!

I love this product. I got it to help glucose levels even tho my husband and I aren't diabetic. Don't want to get it. The major bonus for me is heartburn and acid reflux. Since I have been taking this, I RARELY have to take something for heartburn or reflux. I'm more careful about what I eat. I can sometimes tell my body wants to reflux when I eat something I shouldn't have but it doesn't. Far better than anything over the counter. Safer and all natural too!!!!

I took ACV for one month. When my body started itching incessantly, I saw my doctor. He told me to stop taking Apple Cider Vinegar. Blood tests showed that my kidney function had been affected. I just returned two unused ACV and would never use it again. I trust that Swanson will include this review on its website.

An apple a day keeps the fat cells away!

Combined with green tea capsules this gives an exponential effect to burning your fat & giving you energy. While you burn off your stored fats your fat cells are open & you can't store more fat. I've lost 70lbs in 1 year using Apple Cider Vinegar Capsules & Green Tea Capsules to burn off fats.

MY EASY WAY TO TAKE VINEGAR!

I have never liked the taste of vinegar. However, I do not want to miss its benefits. So I take this instead. Helps my digestion and other areas. Easy!

Cider with a twist

This was a little too strong for me but it did curb my appetite. I only used one once daily because I got bubbly in my stomach. Good product and great price.
