This is terrible. After one use I went back to use it again and it has mold and I am so glad I caught it before I used it again. I cleaned it the way the instructions told me and it still has it. Past the return window so I cannot return. Don’t waste of money.

I thought the steamer could be on all night, but it shuts off after 20 min., and then you have to fill it up again. I was also missing the 2 vapor pads that were included, and after several attempts to get through to the company, they said they would ship them to me without an apology. I also didn’t realize they were 2 separate pieces. You have to use the humidifier separately.

I love have two different options with this.Easy enough to change my self care buddy (my 5yr old) does it. Fantastic as a reg humidifer, but our fav use so far is the steam inhaler which has been a life saver during spring allergies

one false move and you can be serverly burn and scarred. There's no safety to this as I have reserach to many. I felt like the elder woman from McDonald's when the coffee was extremely hot and fell into her lap. Sinus steamers are very sufficient I'm not trying to alarm u from purchase Please make sure it's a no spill. All I could think about what if this was the children

Save your money, I bought this for the bedroom and it always runs out of water in about 7 hours if you are using it on "high" which is the 2 droplet image on the humidifier. It heats up quickly but the inside started rusting the 2nd time I used it. See pics. It doesn't sprout out enough mist ..so I don't feel too much moisture in the air. I was counting on it to make keep my throat moist throughout the night. I still wake up with a dry throat unfortunately.
