The scent is very mild and clean, and it doesn't leave a residue or anything on your clothes. Honestly it might be in my head, but I feel like our clothes just feel cleaner using this! I use this for more than our clothes though. It gets used for towels, bedding, and our dog blankets. I have no issues using in my Samsung washer either. LIKE: My socks used to smell so horrible after taking off my shoes. I ran my shoes through the washing machine a couple times with just Tide laundry detergent hoping that it’ll get ride of the odor in my shoes. However, washing with just detergent didn’t work! After washing my shoes and socks with Lysol Laundry Sanitizer, the horrible smell never came back! This works very well. But you MUST PUT THE SANITIZER IN THE FABRIC SOFTENER COMPARTMENT / DISPENSER so that it’ll sanitize on the final wash. DISLIKE: I live in a small studio apartment, so this scent is kind of too strong for my apartment. It has a chemically smell. I have yet to try the other two scents.

I bought the bigger bottle of the sport one cause I feel like if the plain one is that good the sport one is gonna be great! I love the scent it smells so good !! It works great my fella is a mechanic and his clothes smell really bad when he gets home and I am around germs all day so this is a godsend for me.
