Every summer we get the pool out and love to lounge

Set the pool up on concrete with a tarp and sand under the tarp. Immediately started leaking in several places coming from the bottom. I have no idea where the holes are. I’ll have to continue to add water or just empty it. Waste of time, money for chemicals and water.

Easy to assemble and nice that pump was included

The pump stopped working after only 3 weeks! I don't want a new pool, I just want to be sent a new pump to replace the defective one. I'm very frustrated and have not received any help.

Missing the main component- the liner. Target won’t refund because fedex delivered the box of miscellaneous parts. Garbage

Delivery was quick, set up wasn’t too bad either. Only complaint is that the filter provided gave out within two days, I had to order another one on Amazon. Otherwise, great purchase.

setup was pretty simple. It's big enough for 4 people and its sturdy. great way to relax and cool off.

We got this pool at the beginning of the quarantine and we enjoyed it through the summer. The pump is very weak and burnt midsummer. Intex customer service is a joke (we are still waiting for a call back after calling and emailing), but Target was great. Also, we just took it down and there is rust in the metal poles (pool structure). How is it possible that something that's meant to be in contact with water and outside, can rust? Low quality but sadly, it seems like most above ground pools are the same. It was a fun summer though.

Overall great job target! I ordered this on a Monday with normal free shipping and it arrived the very next day. The pool itself is super great. Big wide and a lil deep. I love it. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is the assembly was a lot of work, I was sweating of how long it took, assembly itself ended up giving my pool a little leak which we repaired right away. After the assembly and leak repair haven’t had any problems and it’s super great!

So much fun! Kids use it every day. So far the tiny pump and filter are doing the job. We clean it daily and add chlorine when needed. We also bought a cover for it which helps keep it clean and warms the water a bit. It’s a great summer option for keeping the kids off screens!

I used the pool two weekends, it struck out in 16 places, I repaired it and it only lasted one more week, I filled it twice for pleasure, it seems to be rotten

My experience had been bad, the bottom of the pool is very thin and even with the nails it breaks, it has been a disaster, we have filled it 2 times and I have lost all the money for pleasure, in the end we will have vacations without a pool

This has been a great pool that my family has enjoyed immensely. The only reason that it is not a 5 star is because there are a lot of add-ons that make the pool operate more efficiently which increases the cost and I'm found that most items were out of stock as early as April.

Pool was easy to set up. Just set up yesterday and pool is leaking profusely on one side. Seems to come from the seam between bottom of pool and wall of pool. Probably already lost 1 inch of water overnight. In few days it will be empty at this speed. Just checked the warranty and it says WE have to pay for the return shipping even if it is a manufacturing deffect. Please be aware before purchasing.

Don't believe the reviews - they take them down and won't call you back when they send you defective merchandise.

They remove bad reviews and don't return your phone calls ! This is not 5 stars but I'm gonna see if they post it anyways. Intex if you are actually out there reviewing these can someone PLEASE contact me !! If you enjoy setting up a pool - (pretty easy actually) and then filling it up (took about 4 hrs) ... and then have the pool leak like crazy and wait for 2.5 hrs on hold and never get any email responses or calls back then THIS IS THE POOL FOR YOU!! On a serious note though - it took 11 days to get the pool (note the timeframe to return the pool starts when you order it. Not when you receive it...) . I wasn't upset about the shipping time- I get it. I was upset that I set up the pool after 3 days of it sitting in my garage and did EVERYTHING - set up the pool , filter and all that fun stuff. And it leaked ... like crazy ... I have 4 inches of water left. So I emailed support - no responses ... so I called and waited on hold for 1 hr - no answer and got kicked off. Next day I called AND emailed them - 1hr later I get in touch with them. Only to be told I need to completely disassemble the pool so I can CUT up the liner and send back the pieces (on my own dime...) and THEN they will send me the liner (after they review my pieces)...what? You sent me a pool that is defective and so I have to cut it up and send it back to you ? Why can't you take my CC info - hold the charge for a new liner and ship me one and THEN I'll cut up my pool and send you pieces in a box you send me? Anyway BE WARNED - read the warranty!! If you want my opinion - buy this from somewhere that you can return it if it leaks after an hour for no fault of your own ... and maybe just don't buy this intex pool ?
