Idk but this is honestly THE BEST oat milk on the market. You want coffee like it's from a coffee shop? This is the milk that will do it. SO CREAMY SO GOOD. (Side note: Starbucks uses Chobani as their oat milk)

Chobani has exceptional products, and oat milk is definitely one of them. The vanilla has a rich and smooth taste, and is perfect for my morning coffee! The price is amazing for the quality. I also enjoy that it is a healthier alternative to regular milk.

Review of Chobani Vanilla Oatmilk I recently tried Chobani Vanilla Oatmilk, and I must say, it's perfect with matcha. The vanilla flavor complements the earthy tones of matcha beautifully, creating a smooth and delightful beverage experience. While I found it to be a great pairing with matcha, I haven't specified my overall rating or its texture characteristics. However, if you're a matcha enthusiast looking for a creamy, flavorful oatmilk to elevate your drink, Chobani Vanilla Oatmilk is definitely worth trying.

Surprisingly bad oat milk

I typically get Planet Oat Barista Lover’s Oat Milk to use with my espresso machine, however I bought this one during my last trip to Target since I don’t believe they sell the brand I usually buy at my local store. This oat milk is surprisingly bad. It did not froth at all when I attempted to steam it, and the taste is very strange and almost artificially nutty. I found that it also almost tasted burnt somehow. Having read other reviews, I guess they have changed their recipe recently and it’s much worse than the original. I enjoy other Chobani non-dairy products but I definitely would not get this oat milk again.

I used to get almond milk because it’s cheaper than oatmilk but oatmilk is creamier and it makes my at home lattes feel way more enjoyable, so it’s worth the little extra for me. This has good flavor, not too sweet, and I really like the creaminess of it compared to other oatmilks like generic brands, even though I’m normally a generic brand gal. It’s also not overwhelmingly oat-ey tasting to me like some nut milks are.

This used to be one of our favorite oat milks out there. But over time, the carton has changed, formula has been altered. And now it’s way more expensive. $4.40 for a 52 oz carton is insane. It used to be $3.50. Don’t tell me because of inflation. Other vendors managed to keep the prices lower.

Seeing so many reviews wanting the chemicals put back into the milk...which is crazy. They are trying to make us healthier, why complain about that? I urge everyone to go try the original oat milk with only 3 ingredients. Oats, Water and salt and then you will realize how creamy this one actually still is.

Formula change spring 2025

KAT - 2 months ago, Verified purchaser
This has been my go to for years. They changed the formula around spring 2025. Despite only a minor change to the taste/ texture…. There are now less ingredients but that managed to make it more calories, fat, sugar, carbs, sodium etc per serving. Why was this change made and what did they put in it. WHY??

Doesn't Froth Anymore

Deanna - 2 months ago, Verified purchaser
This has historically been my favorite oat milk because it’s creamy and it froths so well in my nespresso frother. Recently, however, it seems like the recipe has changed because it doesn’t froth anymore. I thought it was a bad batch but three purchases later over the course of three months and I think this is just the new norm and it makes me sad.

Why in Gods name would you change something that didn’t need to be changed?! It’s so frustrating when companies do this. I will be going back to Oatly.

How chobani thought they could quietly change the formula without anyone noticing. It's actual crap now. It went from the best oat milk on the market to being undrinkable. Tragic. I was a loyal chobani customer for 2 years, buying 2-3 cartons a week for lattes and protein shakes. Not any longer.

I drink normal milk, have no reason for milk alternatives, but i tried this randomly when my girlfriend was getting her oatmilk for coffee almost a year ago, and ever since i tried it, i buy one every single time i go to the store, heck, i drink it from the carton and write down not touch on every carton. Today, I poured a glass ready to chug it down per usual, and the first sip i knew something was off, its just watery mush, and it lost that little sweetness it had, this new recipe sucks, really hate losing the one little joy i had for myself. Every store trip when i walk away from my girlfriend going towards the dairy aisle my gf just says “alright, go get your chobani” Really hope you go back.

Bought the plain version thinking it meant “unsweetened.” Only to find out there are several grams of added sugar per cup :/
