Bad customer service!

It's been 7 days and my package has not been shipped at all. I haven't received any updates nor emails. I tried calling to speak to someone,automated says wait time 2 minutes and I'm now almost 15 min and no answer. Horrible customer service on TARGET. TRYING TO CANCEL BUT DOES NOT LET ME! Was first time online target buyer and now last time!! Zero stars!

Wonderful extra kitchen space.

There is no assembly required. It comes in the folded position and you situate it to standing. Super easy only you may need to push down on the top shelf when clamping it down to the standing position. Also I do not use the latch to lock it when storing it away because the chopping block makes it a little top heavy, so I leave it unlatched and it goes in and out of my storage space for it just fine. I love having the extra space when needed in my small kitchen that lacks sufficient counter space. The choping block top is super sturdy. I just am very pleased with this. I wish I had something like this years ago.

Dangerous

On the surface, this looks like a nice product. However, it is shipped with concealed styrofoam and twist ties that make it nearly impossible to “assemble.” I tried for nearly 6 hours without luck. I finally called a friend for help, and she ended up in the ER - nearly losing the tip of her finger. Stay away from this item if you are concerned about safety.
