I love the colors. Exactly what I was looking for. Lovely muted green, beige, some pink and other soft colors which, along with the pattern of the rug, give it a cool vintage look (without looking outdated). The rug is on the thin side, but it actually has a low/med pile texture, which I love. Ours will be anchored under a sectional couch and coffee table, but if it’s going to be more in the open, I would so strongly suggest getting a grip-y rug pad to beef it up a bit and keep it from sliding. The rug was delivered rolled up and very well packaged. The reason I took off one star is that the rug arrived with quite a strong chemical smell. I’ll give it a couple of days I guess, but may have to return if the odor doesn’t go away. :( Everything else is great.

I only gave it 3 stars because it came folded in half and when we laid it there were large bubbles even after having it down for 2 weeks. Company gave instructions to lay flat on drive in hot sun. Did that and solved the problem so I do love the rug it was just a pain to mess with because of the size and stiff backing. The sun did soften the backing which helped much.

I loved the color and quality of the rug but it has a horrible skunk smell. I let it off-gas outdoors for days, have kept the window in that room open, I’ve tried baking soda, vinegar spray, shampooing, etc, the smell will not go away. I’m so sad because everything else about it was great. It has even transferred smell onto my carpet in that room. Don’t buy any rug that’s made with polypropylene!

I had a hard time getting the carpet to lay flat. I tried putting heavy objects on it after I unrolled. That did not work. I tried rolling it the opposite way. It still has waves in it and it’s been down for a week or more.

I absolutely love my new Lenore area rug! I ordered the 10x14 but it is actually 10x13 which is no problem because it still fits well in my space. The colors are SO beautiful and subtle. This is by far the most gorgeous rug I have ever purchased, the pattern is amazing!!! The rug is actually way more than I expected for such a fantastic price. This rug comes folded and takes a few hours to lay completely flat. The quality is great and I am very pleased with it. I have this rug in my living room and it’s just perfect! I can’t say enough about how beautiful this rug is. If you are on the fence about buying it I highly recommend getting one for any room.
