[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Poise 5 Drop Long maximum absorbency pads are great for heavy flow days and overnight. I had no leaks when wearing them overnight on heavy flow days. They were a good size and comfortable to sleep in. The material was breathable and flexible to move with me. I wore them during workouts even and had no rubbing or other issue.

They are comfortable to wear and they feel fresh. The maximum absorbency is good for overnight. It’s just a tad bulky to wear for daytime. But it breathes well, keeps you fresh and keeps odor away. I highly recommend.

The contour shape is nice and the longer pad provides coverage when sitting and I think is a better fit for a heavier person. The pad is a bit bulky which I don’t prefer, I would try the Ultra Thin version next time. I think wings would help it stay in place without bunching. Overall the last two comments are by preference since it’s effective at absorbing leaks.

It does have a chart on the side for absorbance levels, but again, nothing saying *what*. Outside of that, these were a lifesaver for me for the past 2 weeks, as my allergies were making me sneeze and dribble urine throughout the work day, and I would have been unable to change my clothes easily. As we age, leakage can become more of an issue, and these help keep me a little more sane and less embarrassed.

The absorbency was great especially on a heavy heavy day, and the breathability was amazing it almost feels like you're not really even wearing a pad. I highly recommend trying.
