I purchased this backpack for my 11 year old. She was adamant about getting the bigger backpack because she needs the space. We both love it. It’s nice and spacious and sturdy. I used Jansport back in the day when I was going to school too, so it’s a bit nostalgic.

My granddaughter loves it can’t wait for her to start school and Also, I got her the matching lunchbox. She is gonna love it.

The colors and the overall quality of the bag.

This bag is notorious for zipper problems. The biggest problem is how easy the zipper covers get caught in the zipper. Other than that, it has tons of room which is the only reason I've had lots of patience with this bag.

We got the butterfly pattern cuz she loved it but unfortunately I have to return it because the shoulder straps were so hard that they hurt her shoulders and it was not even heavy. It was uncomfortable carrying this for more than 5 minutes. Also the flaps running along the zippers were such a hassle....have to lift them up everytime you need to access the zippers. Everyone says this brand is good but we are clearly disappointed! Not for us! e

I got the Fresh Mint color and it is so pretty! However, people complain that it is cheap material and it breaks easily, but it all depends on how you treat the product. If you don't care about the backpack and slam it on the ground and drag it, expect the disastrous result. Don't complain to Jansport that the bag broke because of how cheap the material is. It's all about how you treat your bag. If you take care of your bag, you won't be getting those outcomes. Just be cautious on how you treat it! Anyways, the bag itself is great quality and I definitely recommend! However, if you are considering buying a lighter color, it might get dirty fast! Bought this backpack for my 6 year old grandson. I thought it was a little on the pricey side for a backpack but it matched the lunchbox he already had. It’s the perfect size and the zippers are easy to open and close. It has plenty of space and extra exterior pockets.

I loved the package. I received it before the expected time. The backpack is beautiful.

If disappointment had a zipper, it would be this backpack. This glorified pillowcase with straps dares to call itself "durable," but after carrying three pencils and a granola bar, it ripped like a plot hole in a bad movie. The straps? Inspired by cheese strings—thin, sad, and guaranteed to disintegrate if exposed to gravity. Comfort level: hugging a cactus. The pockets seem to be designed using ancient riddles. Where do they lead? Nobody knows. I lost my keys in one pocket last week and now I just shake the bag hoping they fall out. Spoiler alert: they won't. And don't even get me started on the color.

It looks good but feels a lot cheaper than Jan sport backpacks used to feel. Do not think it was worth the money maybe $20 tops. Will not be buying this brand again. Smaller than I thought it would be also

Ive been using Big Student backpack for 3 years and it still has good condition. The backpack is very spacious and big. Water bottle holder broke within 4-5 months of use. Overall its a great backpack

Tgt never put this particular backpack on sale and of course my granddaughter loved this one sooooo

So cute! Came in much faster than expected. My daughter is so excited to use this bag for 5th grade!
